At Dan Henry Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original cylinder or box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
